1) How many papers can be presented with a single registration fee? Is a separate fee required for each paper?
Answer: Each participant can present a maximum of two papers with a single registration fee. However, if all co-authors of a paper will attend the congress in person, each author must pay the registration fee individually.

2) What is the process for accommodation and reservations after paper acceptance? What should I do?
Answer: After your paper is accepted and the final registration is completed, the organizing committee will contact you with details regarding accommodation and reservation procedures.

3) Are there any limitations regarding word count, page count, or plagiarism rate?
Answer: Submitted papers must be between 2,500 and 8,000 words. In terms of plagiarism, a similarity index below 20% is required, based on results from any recognized plagiarism detection software.

4) Is a copyright transfer form required?
Answer: Yes. Authors must complete and submit a copyright transfer form as supplementary material during the paper submission process.

5) Are there any restrictions regarding the use of artificial intelligence tools?
Answer: Yes. Authors must declare that they did not use any artificial intelligence tools during the preparation of their work, and that the content is entirely their own academic production.
